Unfortunately, the "buyer" was a syndicator, so the real losers were the investors in that syndication.  

Here is my take.If you are good with being persistent, this will be key in your future success with land or any other real estate venture for that matter.

There is still $300B of defaulted mortgages out there and $13T of mortgages overall - so just like real estate - lots of options and opportunity for those who will do the work

Hi Joshua I am a real estate investor in the Dominican Republic, specially in Punta Cana and let me tell you tha is the best place to invest in the all Caribbean. i saw a post about '' punta cana is only for all inclusive hotel '' and that is 50% right and 50% wrong because there is all inclusive hotel that have there public but also there is airbnb and other that also has there public.
