I would like to write to some of them, and act as a liaison between those who need the funding (organizing for feasiblity studies, licensing, viability assessments etc) and those who would wish to fund.  

Brian Zabowski ,I'd add a quote from a contractor, or if you plan on flipping yourself, a conservative flip estimate.If presenting in person (all of this seems obvious but these are the things I would do exactly): I would clean myself up as quickly as possible (fresh haircut and shave), in texas I'd wear starched jeans, a button down, boots, and a navy blue sport's coat.

Focus on picking the right market, building your team and learning how to analyze deals.Doing accounting on 1-2 houses yourself is more than doable, especially if you're organized.

Too bad it costed $4k and a ton of pain and suffering to get the $10k.Save and grow organically.

Is the basement/attic/etc fairly organized and clean or does it look like someone DIY'd the wiring/plumbing/etc. 

Does your home inspection include pest and wood destroying organism inspection too? 

All though I am still working on licensing & contracts needed to get work performed in the allotted time for each home renovation meets a time line,This will never be perfect I decided in every home remodeled by this organization we are going to have one design for both kitchen & bathroom that the hope will reach a new younger target for market reasons any thought or feedback first time right concept,
