We always like to go with something that pops and draws your eye from the street.

Microsoft Streets & Maps does the same but it will calculate the most efficient route from a specific starting point.

Homes on my street are selling for 130's-140's.

It's in  a good spot on a busy, mixed use street and would be ideal for a number of business rentals: office space for small business, tax accountancy, artist studio, real estate office, small co-working community, coin laundry.

I am not sure what sort of value-adds that I can do, which may set it apart from other cookie cutter homes down the street.

It was a nice 3000 sq ft  house on a 2 acre wooded lot across the street from a 30 sq mile recreational reservoir where lake frontage homes were listed at $500,000 and up. 

They will buy a fixer at a slight discount that is not enough of a spread for a flipper to consistently make money. 616 Q street in Lincoln is interesting.

In Atlanta there are several examples where certain streets have expensive homes and the other streets are complete war zones within a few blocks.

It's on the back end of my house which  is completely private and none of my neighbors can event see my house from their homes or from the street.

Would any of you buy a Multifamily unit in neighborhood with no SFRs; a neighborhood lined up with MFU's up and down the street?
