Plus with the condo association taking care of most anything that goes wrong your management fee and time dealing with issues at the rental property are very much diminished.

I am a newbie to I have found that buyers is not the issue, I am having an issue finding properties every time I think I have a lead and do leg work on it only to find out its already under contract by another wholesaler.
