Ok so here it is, I am looking at a Commercial property that has retail space along the first floor and apartments on the top floors, the building comes with a billboard on top along with a cell tower so there is extra income.

The other has been in the house for 5 years and always pays his rent on time.In low-income neighborhoods, the most important things to verify are income (pay stubs, government benefits) and expenses (car payments, cell phone bills, mouths to feed).  

You could also shop your competition and see how they address that problem.Google phone is awesome; so you could link phone calls to your cell/email and you would have the option of picking up or sending to voicemail.Also, since it looks like you are starting out, you may want to narrow your focus (in RE they call it farm area) because if you market over a wide area and you start getting calls/ appointments, you could be spreading yourself too thin trying to accomplish several tasks and finding that you are unable because you had to go to Timbuktu. :)  Just saying.At any rate, good luck to you.
