We have been using TransUnion SmartMove, but we would like to see an actual credit score, length of employment, etc.  Are there better services you have seen or are using?Thanks!

If  you wanted to pay your tenant to live in your house, just give them the "negative CF" check and get rid of the middle man.

I have a guy (with 4 yr son) whose background checks indicates 700+ credit score, stable federal job (3X salary vs rent) for last 8 years, good references from past 2 landlords BUT had chapter 7 bankruptcy that was discharged in 2013.

I just gave them all my requirements, price range, west of Indianapolis, good schools and near hospital if possible, then checked address on neighborhoodscout.com to double check all the details of the area.
