15 weeks of courses Monday-Wednesday nights, from 6-8.I figured it would be better to sign up for an in-person class to minimize my chance of procrastinating or just looking up answers for tests :)

Was it worth the late nights and early mornings, 16-18 hour days, stress, lack of social life....to me, hell yes it was worth it.

Thanks Mark, I personally never minded on-street parking, except when coming out to the car after an all-night snowfall or freezing rain.

There are a lot of fly by night scabs out there who do not Manual D or Manual J a job.

Hopefully putting in my one day off and a few hours a night of reading will get the ball rolling.Thanks for the luck and the direction!

IL requires 15 of the hours to be classroom or a webinar (interactive)I liked the Real Estate Institute https://www.instituteonline.com/ in Niles because they break the 15 hour interactive requirement into six 2.5 hour webinars and have them at various times of the day / night.  

It's just a very popular night time bar area, so a lot of incidents happen. 

But, as the days get shorter, the nights longer, the weather cold and gray with brown all around from the dormant plant life, the environment can frankly get fairly depressing.
