The right tool for the job. - I know it’s not a actual tool but I’m a big believer in getting the right tool for the job.

Hi,I am from Scotland and through my wife's job we should be moving to America premenantly next year.

Additionally, I have done a good job finding property taxes and market rent for these properties but not as much luck with water, electric, and garbage.

My full time job is property manager of 15 apartments and I also do the repairs and remodeling and so I'm busy and don't have much time to try to do something with the church.There's a concept in real estate "what is the highest and best use of this piece of property"I contacted my local appraiser who appraised the home & church when I bought it and I asked her "could I pay you for an opinion regarding the highest and best use of this piece of property?"

Personally I find that stressful; I want to make sure I have enough work for the people I employ because, obviously, people rely on their jobs to support themselves, so don't take that lightly. 

My husband will have the harder job of watching our two boys back home.  

I've heard the city has multiple people whose entire job consists of looking for occupancy violations.

When you create a trust, you appoint a trustee, who will have the job of managing the trust and its assets.

Their mortgage insurance will cover their loss, so what do they care?

My personal opinion is (I want to build long term wealth in addition to my 40 hr a week job) that building a cash flow positive tenant based investment portfolio with covered risk is the best way to build long term wealth.Thanks for your input!
