But I'm sure they've updated their technology and are better at the closing process now.Another thing I didn't like that much was that I had asked for the closing documents to be sent to me ahead of time prior to the notary arriving but they didn't.

That being said - it is always possible.Try talking to your insurance agent and closing attorney prior to closing and ask if you can set up a deed transfer at closing to transfer over to your LLC.

The review board agreed to lower the value a bit more but agreed with allegations by appraisal district that my purchase was not “an arms length transaction”I purchased the home as anyone could have and had no prior relationship with seller, HUD.I have on a number of occasions gotten values reduced with a recent sale price as evidence.I’m thinking of going to arbitration or district court.
