If there any room for negotiations is this seller going to remember the person who did not come out and told them that over the phone we cant help or the Real Estate Professional that came out explained why her offer is what it is faced to face.  

Its an epoxy and when a professional installs they are in a suit head to toe and a resperator. 

If you want to stand out sound professional know what you are talking about and don't try to purchase my property without even a driveby.  

Your lease will have more or less depending on your needs.Steam Cleaning: I require the tenant to professionally steam clean the carpet upon move out and provide the Landlord with receipts.Professional Cleaning: Tenant is required to return the house in the manner such that it appears to be professionally cleaned.
