I should be a lender’s dream, but even though we have a solid relationship, it seems like I’m being pushed into very unfavorable terms. 

The roof is only 4 years old, so I'm not worried about it having any problems.Rotted wood around windows and repainting is something obvious they should have noticed while walking through prior to making an offer, so I'd push back on why they think those conditions aren't already reflected in the agreed upon price (they should have been).

I can't explain why, but I'd have to think that if 2 weeks they were all going to be gone, that we'd see much faster movement on what we have available today.We made units that were not available available to help people who needed it (as in, if your home got washed out, we'll let you move right in, at no cost, depending on the circumstance).
