Due to its location I feel it would be a great rental.  

Yet I feel most of the good deals now a days dont come from agents.

These systems allow the homeowner to have the thermostat set 10 degrees higher than a traditional ac and have it feel the same temp, without drafts, hot or cold spots and large duct openings. 

I'll never again allow any tenant to rebuff me when I feel I need to check on my property. 

By talking with seller, you need to have a gut feeling of her selling point.First, do you have a seller who really wants to sell? 

I need the actual rent rolls and sellers' Pro Formas, to choose the right property to buy.

Also, it feels a little weird to tell my brand new tenant that an appraiser will be coming through the house right after they moved in.

Although I understand his frustration I do feel he is being unreasonable.
