In my experience they have 1 manager who is a truly knowledgeable individual and he disseminates maybe 5% of his knowledge to the high school kids who work there because he hates his job and hates all the n00bs that work there.With that said, there are occasionally a few good people that work there, but they never stay long because they realize what I just said is all to true and can make more money helping their friends and family on an as needed basis.
