So do you buy homes that have it or is this a no go item for you?

I had the house inspected and there are some items that will for sure have to be repaired prior to me renting it. 

I posted some main items below for reference. 

You should also account for maintenance and other items that you know have to be fixed or are towards the end of its shelf life.

Wanted to know how other BP users have set up their business models that might be in similar situations. 

Some items to check include: electrical, gas plumbing, heating and air conditioning, floor, roof and anything to make the mobile home habitable and functional.Once the home is ready to move in, then you can start to market the mobile home.

Heck 5 a year per contractor isn't even a 1099 item.

Unless you can prove which tenant it was and it was in the lease that these items should not be flushed, you are SOL. 

Anyways, I'm pretty sure their business model is going and setting up the trailer where the renters have booked a camping spot.

I'm not sure how their estimates of rent are calculated aside from some complex regression model they have created.
