For over a decade, we've had a mindset of paying cash for anything and everything we own, except the house we live in.  

Originally the plan was to live there and it ended up becoming an investment property that did extremely well and peaked my interest.  

Well, technically, i'm living in Pearland now, but i have owned a few houses around Houston. 

She plans also to do some sort of lawsuit because I did not live up to my promise.   

Since we live in San Diego where the prices are higher I would like to find an apartment in Oregon where I am moving to.

Though I live in California, my immediate family including my mother and her brother live in NJ.

I actually live in Rockville though, so I keep an eye out for deals in that Rockville/North Bethesda area.It seems like my generations values proximity to metro, grocery store and decent appliances.

A follow-up: The tenant has moved out but left some things behind is claiming that she still lives there to spitefully maximize our losses and force us to go to the end of eviction.No one has lived there for 5 days.
