I've been following mostly the Bigger Pockets Youtube channel but I wanted to start networking over the forums. 

I like the YouTube channel HomeRenovision DIY.

It’s just I’m not going to hire someone for small , YouTube video type tasks that I can easily do myself, and will serve me good, learning that skill to be able to do it in the future.

James Dainard just did a YouTube video on his live in flip a couple days ago on his Project RE channel.

Sometimes I listen to Mark Kohler from KKOS on YouTube and I don't always totally agree with his recommendation.

This came across my Youtube feed and I had to share.  20 years on section 8 and she's salty that HARDWORKING people are flocking to the area she wants to live, and landlords don't want to accept her voucher.20 years!

There are videos on Youtube on how to fix just about anything in a STR.

I know this because my YouTube channel attracts a lot of these clients.
