As an update, I did the usual... called their references, and that certainly helped clarify their situation for me. 

Update- got a new tenant pretty fast. 

Even though I did not update it daily, it pushed me to achieve my first goal of owning a real estate investment home. 

We updated pretty much everything.

We just sent this to all our clients as the 4th update since Michigan was put under government lockdown March 10.

I explained my circumstances with him prior that i would know once the gov released an update.

Average rent in the area is around $1200 maybe $1300/mo if I update the kitchen.The property is being delivered point of sale free with a home warranty so shouldn’t be any money in repairs unless tenants move out right away.What are your thoughts!?
