Also used the HP 12C long ago, but prefer the BAII.I have not used Excel but understand it's very good, my last cell row program was in the early 80's, my BAII was much faster and using my head.I have never used any BP calculators, haven't even checked them.

I have seen some developments where the pool put in initially was fine but as additional stages of development happened adding more houses the pool became too small.My subdivision in GA people rarely put in a pool but that is because we have literally a 2 acre pool (not joking) with waterfalls and slides with a clubhouse.
