I’ve been all over the Bigger Pockets website, from the forums to signing up for Webinars (really excited to see what tomorrow’s has in store), and I have already downloaded countless episodes of the podcast that I can’t wait to listen to at work.

If you know you can’t deliver clear title, no sense in signing a contract contingent upon clear title. 

Normally I would have signed a purchase agreement already but they do cash flow well and are easy to manage multi units.

During offer process you are expected to have also reviewed signed all disclosures, reports and documents.
