If rates have gone up over half a percent in the past 30 days, that's a bummer, but I wouldn't be surprised. 

My goal is to get to get my first deal done in the next 90 days.

I know some realtors are really as honest as the day is long but, some aren't.

At the end of the day, you just have to learn prices and rents in these areas and how to evaluate them.

Getting something on market costs so.much these days... you might be better off in stock market or better yet just buying and holding (little to no reno) and selling in a few years

Anyways, a few days I got a letter from him in my email talking about how this letter is their official letter of telling us we need to vacate the premises unless we pay like, $8,000 in fees.
