@Mindy Jensen For our VRBO Lake House we provide kayaks, paddle boat, canoe, life jackets and floats.We provide consumables: paper products, spices, condiments (squeeze bottles only) coffee. these items don't cost much and the guests really appreciate them.We have a fully stocked kitchen. extra pillows and blankets.We have something sweet in the fridge for them with a personal welcome card.We want to make it a great vacation for our guests and our 74 five star reviews on homeaway reflects that.We are constantly making upgrades to the property.

In some areas you may need to ask the court to order the correction to clear title.However, it might be easier to buy the coporation, the certificate of good standing will need to be to transfer the stock certificates, seems like the same boat.

Things such as what the current competition is, how many sf the market can bear, how many sf you should build, what your rates should be, how fast your lease up should be, how much climate, non-climate, boat/Rv etc. also, be sure you you consider early on how to manage the property.
