If you had a virtual Drawing Compass on a virtual map, many (but not all) potential renters (lookers) seem to come from within a 1 mile radius to a 3 mile radius--class specific.Class C (price point) will draw a different demographic than class B (price point).So within those circles, I mean the potential renters who match the class of the offering.Good Luck!
