I was thinking the same thing here in Illinois.I've been doing mostly HUD deals and, in the past year,the number of homes has dropped from 1,000 in the systemto now just under 300.This is normally the time of the year that some really good dealscould be had since Owner Occupants aren't that interested in looking.
