I bet you have more Chinese investors who visit your city than Cincinnati.If you can establish a track record, you will attract Chinese investors too - probably more than I could.

It sounds like a timeshare to me also.That is great if you are going to use it for family vacations but it doesn't sound like a good investment.I bet their are annual fees associated with this so that you can't  make any money renting it out.

I bet that can add up if they have a hungry attorney.

If you don't mind the area west/new Kensington might be your best bet for house hacking in that general area. 

Your best bet is to create dynamic dashboards to combine all these items together in an easy to understand manner.  

If they are doing something wrong they may decide it is better to settle fast and for anything you want.I will bet that it is not legal to charge for rent, in any state, for the days of the month that are not used with the exception of when a tenant tells the landlord they cannot move in on the first and the landlord states he has a tenant who is willing to move in on the first, but will hold the apartment for you if you are willing to pay for the days you are not using.When we get a tenant who moves in around the 20th of the month we never charge for the 10 days.

A better bet may be a nationwide group.

I bet they're paying below market rates, and giving them a 60 day notice gives them plenty of time to find something they like.

Right off the bat I don’t think that going for a loan to buy a property is the best bet here.
