I have a tax question about passive RE losses and LTCG's from sale of passive RE investments.Specifically this year I have a small cash out of a 1031 exchange of DST'S (Delaware Statutory Trust).I have net passive losses from other passive RE investments of DSTs.I have net losses from rental properties which the IRS seems to treat as passive losses but separately from those above.HOWEVER, neither of these categories of losses offset the smaller long term capital gain from the 1031 exchange?

In Delaware we send out our renewals more than 60 days before the end of the lease since they have to give a 60 day notice to vacate.

Sheets from amazon the ones with 20,000 reviews (i made that number up) large tv with cable box. 4 pillows. comforter with bear on it. flashlights in bedside tables. extra waterproof mattress protectors. things are a bit different in my market as all properties come furnished. there's a chance you wont have to buy a darn thing.
