The Circle City Industrial Complex has and will continue to spark revitalization in the Brookside Park area and I don't doubt that will push east into Springdale.

Thanks for your replies Brett  and Omar, I've thought about trying to wholesale from Vegas but what seems challeneging is finding good members to be your eyes and ears.

I've had my eyes on a few spots an noticed some urban areas that comps are starting rise.

its just so rampant that the states can't keep up. and some states take a completely blind eye to it. if you read the REGS on what is required to bring two parties together on property you don't actually own in a scheme or business model you will see that the definition needs  a license..
