Well, if you want to enter the business using lies and deceit there are many that won't be of much help.

Bottom line...truth or lie....who cares, it changes nothing..It does not make any difference whether a tenant is lying or telling the truth. 

I was just being too nice thinking that she must be going through tough time with her bank situation (I am pretty sure now that was a complete lie).
