Unless you've got all of your replacements lined up at one time I suspect you'll end up using individual loans for each replacement.It could certainly be worth exploring a lender that would write a portfolio loan and let you add properties as you go.

Work with the Golf Course to create some lease packages with course membership/Passes.Get in touch with Lonnie dealers through BP and MobileHomeParks.com to help bring in tenets.I envision working with the existing and future tenets to seller finance the park owned properties, in order to move away from fixing toilets and replacing water heaters.

I can write up an invoice right now that says "$3000 - replaced natural gas furnace", but until you fire up the furnace and test the performance and put eyes on the unit to verify it is new, who knows the quality of the work?
