It feels a bit like we are chasing ghosts at this point, which is quite expensive and hasn't solved the problem.So in your professional opinion, you think it's likely that both drains and a mysterious exterior leak of some kind all manifested suddenly in a short time after years of no issues?

You may have to look outside New London, but look for a property in an area you don't mind living and think outside the box about how you can add value.

It's a bonus if you have xfinity/comcast because they have a streaming app you can load on a Roku TV to stream the xfinity channel without having to pay for another box in another room - so long as you have Internet and at least 1 tv service with them.

Perhaps a wire came loose in a junction box, or else all the outlets are in a line and the first outlet is dead.
