Would need to know a bit more before giving a specific direction but it is usually best to hang on to your property and not sell whether you expand on it or rent it out and purchase a bigger property.  

I don't know the specifics of your state, but in Mississippi, my property manager has filled for garnishment for the amount of rent that is owed.

If you don’t plan to sell the lots w/mobile homes is there a reason you have to split the lot?
