;t=21sI think with the housing issues lately - unavailability, high interest rates etc. it would be exciting to start a container housing community and provide companies to make home loans on them, maybe even construction crews within the property owners.Problem is finding states etc. where these communities could get a start and finding those folks who've actually built them to get involved for insight and assistance.I'm just writing about ideas so I'm curious if anyone out there has any other ideas about developing these kinds of homes and where it could lead.

From what I recall when I talked with my account a few years ago about making a car for business you only, the response was you CAN"T deduct the auto payment as a business expense and write off mileage.
