I love them as they get really high rents and a lot of sellers don't price the property right (cap rate) wise considering the higher income coach houses gets. 

I recently graduated college and started my career as a mechanical engineer and have recently decided that while I love my job I don't want to work for the rest of my life, and real estate investing makes the most sense to me in order to gain financial freedom before I turn 60.I have been reading a ton of real estate books and discovered the bigger pockets book on rental property investing which gave me a great introduction to all the topics and possibilities in real estate.

If anyone has had success in collecting after they got a judgement against a defaulted borrower I would love to hear the outcome and I would love some recommendations of firms that I could turn to to handle this.Thanks for the help!

In the meantime, I had a bad experience with a local (Seattle area) custom cabinet maker so I'd love some recommendations on folks who do high quality work, but are reasonably priced and responsive.
