@Saad Hameed To put a finer touch on it, my point is that virtually every part of the country is seeing a similar short term shift due to the pandemic and yet prices are galloping all over the map.

Look for meetups in your area (virtual) on Meetup.com or FB Groups, attend free webinars, start reading as much as possible on any and all topics related to investing and real estate.

It’s tough right now with Covid but you can look up REI meetups and groups in the area and start networking via Zoom or equivalent platform for virtual meetings.

If you had a virtual Drawing Compass on a virtual map, many (but not all) potential renters (lookers) seem to come from within a 1 mile radius to a 3 mile radius--class specific.Class C (price point) will draw a different demographic than class B (price point).So within those circles, I mean the potential renters who match the class of the offering.Good Luck!
