LA county is a bit of an odd bird for a county as it kind of seems that its cultural centers and economic centers aren't physically aligned in the same way as they are in higher density locations like San Francisco.

The reason newbies are chasing their tails and trying to get help or getting suckered into programs and schemes is because they didn't learn the basics.Don't study to know it all, you'll never know it all, I don't know it all and never will, but you don't need to either. :)

He had a bevy of these bird dogs... so I happened to be in their office on a Tuesday at 2pm when all the leasing bird dogs showed up.. there were about 8 of them...
