i dont really like bank loans and as you said earlier, i dont have very good chance of getting a loan from a bank since i am basically a newborn in this field.The rehabbing that house is needs is, Landscaping(which i will do it my own and maybe get some help from friends), it has wall holes, dog and cat smell, really crappy carpet which i am thinking to put hard wood floor or something like it, defiantly need painting, also need bathroom. to make it look new, i would have to fix pretty much everything. so i will visit the property next week, and get accurate numbers, and talk to the actual real estate agent to find the after rehabbing cost.
