(Some of the features you may need to be a paid member to access and it's easily worth it) but most of the site is available for free.

You can also use the search feature on this keyword you will find tons of information on how to vet them, vendors actively marketing on BP etc.

@Jeff Lee I agree about the issue of having to wait, which is why I usually only purchased via the Buy It Now feature.
