Are there other better materials for decks?

I use my GV number on bandit signs and other marketing materials.

My 8th grade year was spent rehashing a bunch of material I had already learned and I was bored senseless.

My marketing material is on its way and I just want to make sure I have the process mapped out, then I'm going to throw myself in the fire and see what turns up.

I suspect that my plumbing supplier is hanging on by the skin of his teeth.If this doesn't stop, there isn't going to be any place left to buy materials except for Lowes, and I dislike their roofing, lumber, and plywood-- not to mention that they are the most expensive place to buy those items.One more thing to make landlording and rehab more difficult. it's getting harder and harder to buy the materials needed to get the work done.

Make sure they are in the same area, same sq ft, same quality of materials, same features, roughly.

I always knew that to get a bigger piece of the cake, i need to be an imperative in these deals, i need to bring something to the table that they will salivate over, putting me in a better position to negotiate my cut, and learn the raw materials of this business and how its done.

Based on the picture, the framing and materials should cost around $4,000.

I have read a lot of material think i spent less than 50 bucks over the years mostly on the net and at the library, i get 2 hrs a day of computer time heer.

Also if you think it helps tell them that you need the small amount of money to buy materials ,tools, or something of that nature to get a job done and that after the job you will have the money.
