I had a water leak on outdoor faucet when temps were below freezing and they had both the spiget and indoor valves repaired as well as a brand new softner put in all in the same day I called. 

The villa is over 6000 sf bua, comprising a main villa with staff kitchen, lounge areas, 5 guest suites, outdoor restaurant area, a large veranda overlooking the sea, a pool, and a second villa with staff accommodation and a further 4 guest suites. 

I also have automated emails that go out to the client. a week before, they get one with area information on food and entertainment, then they get one with check-in information.

Those same banks will generally entertain the seller holding the note for the downpayment of the loan since it is still recourse. 

I know I'm a newbie at this but there's all kinds of entertaining mess going on here and for the sake of the elderly owners of the property I hope they don't exist and this is just a troll lol

If you have entertained the notion of getting an EIUL but concluded you'd be better without one, why did you come up with such a solution?

Also, if anyone is currently in the buying process and wouldn't mind meeting / entertaining a shadowing opportunity  to help me get some first hand experience that would be amazing as well.

Most people like the idea of having outdoor space available, so I would say it is likely worth it.
