I know you can read, and read, and read, and watch different videos and listen to podcasts, but nothing beats someone guiding you and you actually getting out there, but I'm struggling with what I should do first.My biggest questions are:Where do I start?

I will add that I also break down questions based on whether they are looking more at buy and hold or fix and flips e.g. asking if they plan to use a property manager isn't relevant if they're rehab and resale, nor is DOM in a neighborhood important for a buy and hold.

Even the podcasts that have topics which I don't think will be relevant to me in my buy-and-hold mindset (wholesaling, flipping, etc) - I always get something out of them.I actually just closed Nov. 23 on my first rental property (I need to get that story posted on the forum, but I am waiting until I get my first actual rent payment from the property manager so it feels real).

Then I would buy a chromecast to us with my smartphone and sit in front of my tv during all of my free time and watch 100 hours of videos on youtube after typing into search "find motivated sellers" or "sean terry" or "joe McCall" or "build buyer's list" or "wholesaling real estate"
