I just purchased a property where I will build apartments on and am currently looking for apartment complexes and houses to flip.

So got a question...this is my first time doing this...I'm trying to fill this out in Turbo Tax and understand what to do.I and 2 friends pooled $100k into a small LLC to invest in a large apartment complex purchase ($7M+ deal).

If your only goal is to minimize taxes, I don't know if this complex structure will accomplish that . 

I can't even remember all the houses or apartment complexes my company have put me on.
