We started in the summer of 2021 and now have 6 properties 8 doors. 

For some potential buyers it is a non starter as long as they have options.For example, I was looking at some horse property for myself here near LA.

@Tony Maldonado My heat costs get so out of hand I’ve made the investment in several of my properties to put in propane heaters that the tenants are responsible for paying for.

I've got about 150K to invest in more properties after this deal and wanted to know if anyone has any advice or connections for finding off market deals in Orlando Florida. 

Investment properties, at least with what I'm seeing, tend to sit a little bit longer due to sellers still requesting top dollar for a mid tier product, whether it be SFH or MFH.

This helps them learn what strategy they want to deploy, and have the confidence and knowledge to do it.I also usually tell them to pay off any consumer debt, save an emergency fund, and start saving for a new property.
