I could (and have, for two GE panels) walk into any hardware store and buy reasonably-priced breakers, made by the panel manufacturer, that would fit and work in a 30, 40, or 50 year old panel.

I am basically looking for a restaurant that is large enough to fit us comfortably - but not so loud that we can't hear each other talk -  that way we can have a lunch or a snack since it will be during the lunch hour.

1. upload 3 to 5 craigslist ads per day, change the wording to suit the type of buyer you think would best fit into the neighborhood2. have an open house each weekend on a Sunday for a couple of hours, make sure its well advertised3. stage the house4. make sure the landscaping and curb appeal is beautiful5. make sure the utilities are on in the property and the air is on for retail homebuyers6. network with people who work with retail buyers, if there is a buyers assistance class/event locally go there with plenty of flyers.7. network with your local real estate investment groups, there are always agents around you work with real buyers

I assume I could get a new one which can fit down into the sewer drain and drill new screws into the concrete; however, I did not see this at Home Depot.

You'll find out along the way where you want to fit in long-term (investor, lender, property manager, or whatnot).If you want to be in business, but not sure about real estate, then your ability to make a business money may count more than any degree.
