I have a prewritten reply that includes additional information about the property and send them to a site with a prequalification form.Once they fill out the prequalification form and it is a good fit, then it is worth the time to set up a showing.

Moving it in or out of the trust is, well, disregarded by the IRS - i.e. makes no difference for taxes, including for the 1031.The second potential obstacle is who owns it legally: you as a separate property or you and your wife as community property.

Hello, I also purchase the Landlord Forms for Michigan and although the lease agreement references the Lead Based Paint disclosures, there was no LDP disclosure included in the package.
