Update: I spoke with a few+ attorneys to complete a quiet title order and all denied moving forward stating we need 3 yrs possession AFTER the tax deed.

I'd love some input on what to do:I am a 40 yrs with a stock market investments of 350K trying to coast fire in the next couple of years.I just got a green card and moving to the US from Canada and looking at which accounts to invest that money in the US.But I am not sure I will stay in the US in 10 or 20 yrs.What do you think would be the best strategy to coast fire when you are not sure where you are going to be in your later years?

@Ankit Rathore- if you plan to refinance in 1-2 yrs ...ask the seller to reduce their sales price ....take no or low credit and  use a  0 fee  or  0 fee/ 0 cost  pricing option for the loan ...you dont  want to wast  funds on buying a rate down and then payoff the loan within a yr

The property taxes are high, the construction costs are non-negotiable, and even factoring out CapEx (under the assumption you shouldn't have any capital expenses for the first 5-8 yrs) - they still will only break even with self managing.  

What has happened on Networking sites like this as I have spoken before. 3 yrs ago Many of you would not have given a site like this a second thought now you have BANKERS, CEO's, REALTORS, SCHOOL TEACHERS, LAWYERS and a host of others that are trying to TAP into the WHOLESALE world and DO NOT HAVE A CLUE other than reading a couple of books and taking info from sites like this.

In fact I connected with a really knowledgeable seasoned investor who has been investing for 30+ yrs.
