These people just need a little help and you can either offer it for them, to them, or ignore it.

Hello BiggerPockets mates,My offer was just accepted for a 8 bedroom 2 bathroom house.

I don't know if you are a contractor yourself or if you would have a contractor do the work but GLT Products offers soundproofing materials either directly through their company or through a sister company, Sound Acoustic Solutions.

In the last 9 months while working a new full time job (when I started my real estate journey) I have one rental house currently rented out and cashflowing, a fix and flip that is in process, and I just made an offer for a duplex with seller financing and limited money down that will cash flow nicely.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

I would love to offer my "boots on the ground" to those who are more experienced to increase my knowledge of how to play this game.    

(When you buy the homes, you negotiate a deal with the owner that you don't pay lot rent while the unit is vacant and get a preferred lot rent when rented, for all your current and future homes)  Once you are set up in the park, market to the other owners in the park and offer to buy from them when they move out.  

It is a big state too and likely offers every REI scenario under the sun.
