I have a few concerns with the process of using OPM: 1) How to prove my credibility to someone that has money to invest, even though I have not done a deal.2) This sounds obvious, but what types of people should I talk to, to see if they are interested in investing in real estate.

As far as the DTI is concerned, do they compute that including estimated mortgage or is the up to 50% DTI before adding mortgage into the mix?

Awesome return  but ouch on the accident ...hopefully this squirrel was fried for causing that much damage.Have you tried talking to your homeowners insurance for the property in regards to that hopefully you had it?
