Today there are various organizations which provide Security Guard Training in India so that the candidates can improve their skills in safety and security services.

Timely, efficient, and affordable.

.- If purchasing and/or improving a property, consult with your CPA on how to mitigate taxable events (for example, if you have to sell stock you own to fund the investment).There are many other questions that could be asked, but given that I do not know much about your situation, I am not sure if they would be relevant.

To play devil's advocate a bit, the disadvantages may be (1) keeping the integrated team busy, having enough in the pipeline to fully utilize your staff and run efficiently all the time, and (2) when the market goes south, and it will, if you employ a lot of people, it's really hard to downsize quickly enough to stay efficient.  

You get to share expenses...When you need a major improvement (like a roof or parking lot) you get to split the cost with like a hundred neighbors.

I'm pretty excited because I know I'll be meeting lots of people in pro real estate circles and my work schedule will be more conducive to giving me time and energy to build up the REI business while working full time.  

They have improved some lately, but I am pretty sure that is because I started really letting them know I was dissatisfied. 

I come form a construction background and will be offering my money as well as my skills, tools, and energy.
