It is a personal property but since moving in, I realized I want to get into real estate investing.

The only way I put more in is when I get paid a bonus from my job.

There are certainly markets in between all of these main areas that are and will continue to see progress but from a birds eye view if I were you looking in, I would check out those two markets first.

I haven't had any problems as of yet and feel it opens a much wider pool of tenants and will hopefully make it less likely they will sneak one in. 

I absolutely would bring my spouse in!

Hi Underwriting experts,Here is the situation I am in,I got in contract for 2 properties yesterday.

@Steve Huey the main risk here is probably that one of the couples leaves/one of the couples breaks up and then you don't have enough income coming in.

It's being used as storage but she thinks it's almost ready to live in.

They've been there for 10 years, and I'm sure they are probably nervous about a new landlord coming in. 

I think this is where the real estate license comes in.
