I have used several different providers and I have gotten the best deal and service from Waste Management.

Post your deal analysis on the forums and members will pick them apart and/or confirm them. 

Also the modification servicer (OCWEN) apparently did NOT check with the registrar of deeds to make sure the original owner of the property.

I tried a few times and it was uber frustrating i just never went there again.. and being an agent representing a buyer it was painful.. your buyer is e mailing you everyday wanting updates.. listing agent wont communicate becasue they are swamped and have nothing new.. it was very unproductive way to sell inventory.. but we had to remember this was a crisis and banks simply / and servicing or asset managers simply did not have the man power to deal with it all.. 

I'm currently self employed in a service business I started in 07 and am transitioning to RE as soon as possible. my "part time" RE effort is still likely over 30hrs/week. looking forward to freeing up another 50hrs when I can step away from my other business.

I filed a protest with the HCTO (on my own, through their automatic protest filing service--did not retain one of the many lawyers who yearly send solicitations to do this on my behalf).

Given the potential conflict of interest, I'm thinking of switching management services  to someone impartial when the warranty period expires.  

I guess I can either invest in more to attract the service, but then again would need the service to invest in more since I'm not there.
