Most of the other agents I know also did all the training and education through Hondros as well.

The owners will probably do a good job of cleaning it, and certain birds can be trained, but be prepared to deal with some bird poop when they move out.

It is obvious that you have wisdom and knowledge from your years of experience and training. 

So, when we would open a new location in an existing bank we knew there would be an "equipment" cost because we wanted to install the same/similar equipment across the portfolio... as it would help our support staff train new CSRs and troubleshoot any issues across the portfolio.

It enabled me to get great training and support outside of work hours and you're assigned a local certified mentor, mine was fantastic.  

They don't know about local noise sources like train tracks, gun clubs, loud businesses or even the landing patterns of local airports.In my opinion, Zillow is useful only for a casual shopper. 

Sounds like your network will help you become a producer from day 1 which is tough for new agents... most agents close 1-2 deals in Year 1 but it seems like you'll be able to do more than that.That being said, I'd recommend choosing a brokerage that helps you keep more of your commission in your pocket, has data/trainings available at your fingertips, and presents opportunities for you to hit your long-term goals (i.e. financial freedom, passive income, early retirement).
