They don't know about local noise sources like train tracks, gun clubs, loud businesses or even the landing patterns of local airports.In my opinion, Zillow is useful only for a casual shopper.

Sounds like your network will help you become a producer from day 1 which is tough for new agents... most agents close 1-2 deals in Year 1 but it seems like you'll be able to do more than that.That being said, I'd recommend choosing a brokerage that helps you keep more of your commission in your pocket, has data/trainings available at your fingertips, and presents opportunities for you to hit your long-term goals (i.e. financial freedom, passive income, early retirement).
