Unfortunately I see many people starting out attempting to raise $ without doing a deal because of some guru training they took over a weekend that teaches them more about shady marketing strategies than how to buy and manage notes.

You can have a VA extract the data, but you will have to train them on how to do so.I have not used any of the services you mentioned, but I do know some people that use successorsdata and seem to like it.

But what will happen is we will see a lot more gurus offer training programs and courses.The reality is you can learn everything you need to know for free here on BP and by reading a few good books.

I've already signed up for the BankProspector training and app from distressedpro.com and assigned one of my team members to specifically work on building relationships with banks. 

The busiest time will be during turnover dealing with a departing tenant, turning the unit around, marketing, showing, placing the new tenant, and training the new tenant.
